Product shipments are made via Correos Premium courier service from Spain.
Delivery times are 48-72 hours.
All purchases over or equal to €60 will be free of charge. TW Import and Export will be responsible for shipping costs. For orders under €55, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs, which vary depending on the destination. When entering the delivery address on the website, the shipping costs corresponding to the order being processed will be automatically calculated. Shipping is made to the billing address you specified when placing the order.
Shipping costs may also vary depending on the volume of the shipment.
Shipping costs outside the peninsula will incur an additional charge.
Returns must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the order, provided that it is in its original packaging and condition. For returns, please email us at info@kangachi.es with the order number, and we'll help you process the return. Courier pickup for returns will be the customer's responsibility.
