At Kangachi, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, you have the option to return it under the conditions detailed below.

You can request a return within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

🚚 Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
The return courier pickup must be arranged by the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered to us.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

📦 Shipping Information Reminder

Orders over €60: Free shipping (covered by TW Import and Export).
Orders under €55: Shipping costs vary based on destination and are calculated at checkout.
Shipments are handled by Correos Premium within 48 to 72 hours.

Note: Shipping costs outside the peninsula will have an additional charge.
