The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

The return courier pickup must be arranged by the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered to us.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Orders over €60: Free shipping (covered by TW Import and Export).

Orders under €55: Shipping costs vary based on destination and are calculated at checkout.

Shipments are handled by Correos Premium within 48 to 72 hours.
Note: Shipping costs outside the peninsula will have an additional charge.
